They are currently looking for a TALENTED RISING STAR to provide support to 2 of the agency's senior executives... This position is a unique "stepping stone" role where someone who is eager to learn about Advertising...can support 2 dynamic executives....receive amazing mentorship...and 2 years down the road...move into another role within the agency!!! __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________



EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT


RESPONSIBILITIES:

>handle very busy/constantly changing calendar
>manage a wide array of projects
>prepare a variety of PowerPoint presentations & reports
>handle all correspondence, memos, letters, agendas
>act as a liaison regarding communication with VIP clientele
>make all travel (international/domestic) & entertainment arrangements
>process all travel/expense reports
>coordinate on-site & off-site meetings & conferences
>act as an "Ambassador" on behalf of the executives you are supporting >handle various projects as assigned
>anticipate future needs & potential challenges


REQUIREMENTS:

>Bachelors a MUST
>minimum of 2+ years of experience as an ASSISTANT or COORDINATOR supporting a VERY senior executive - ADVERTISING.... FASHION...RETAIL...BEAUTY...LUXURY ARE STRONGLY PREFERRED!
>Superior interpersonal/presentation skills
>Strong project management skills
>Excellent organizational/time management skills
>Proficiency in all MS Office applications especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint
>Experience coordinating communication between cross functional teams
>Need to have strong problem solving skills & tremendous attention to detail
>Maturity to handle confidential information
>THICK SKINNED - ROLL WITH THE PUNCHES APPROACH
