It's hard to believe that this year is already over!
I am pleased to report that The Talent Magnet has been successful in introducing over 75 exceptional candidates to their next (and sometimes 1st) career move! Our efforts have resulted in obtaining an average 11K increase in base pay for our candidates with 3 years of experience or more!

The Talent Magnet is now widely recognized as a premier provider of fantastic opportunity and extraordinary "TALENT". In 2008, we expect much of the same!
The personal interest and approach we take in representing job seekers has enabled us to establish a candidate roster that is unrivaled. Our "Referral Bonus Program" has been very successful - resulting in nearly 1/3 of the total placements this coming from the referrals of others.
I have happily paid out over 15K in "REFERRAL BONUSES" to those candidates and colleagues whose referral of a friend/colleague has resulted in their successful placement. The Talent Magnet pays a $1,000 REFERRAL BONUS to anyone who refers someone that we are successful placing!
We have made great strides in increasing our visibility and accessibility in a variety of ways. The Talent Magnet launched our new interactive website - which includes CURRENT OPENINGS and the ability to APPLY ONLINE saving candidates precious time. We have forged strong relationships with several ONLINE platforms including : FACEBOOK, LINKEDIN, CEW.ORG, THELADDERS.COM.
We continue to see great results from our primary job posting resource - HOTJOBS and have doubled our candidate traffic on CRAIGSLIST.
In 2008, we will continue to aggressively seek out new ways of reaching SELECT job seekers.
My "right-hand" and Recruiter JILL MILLMAN has been instrumental in growing the The Talent Magnet. Candidates love how responsive she is, the important information she provides and the personal interest she takes in every person we represent. Jill will continue to update our candidate roster and prepare our job seekers to be as successful as possible in the interviews we secure.
