SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER - Strategic Consumer Programs



RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead 360 degree initiatives to capitalize on brand assets/messsaging to drive Brand Messaging, Merchandising, Promotions & Pricing

- Drive Marketing strategy/planning along with cross-functional team - Education, Sales, R&D, Product Development

- Deliver a variety of Strategic Consumer Marketing programs aimed at ensuring continuity/innovation relative to: Displays, Graphics, Logo, Direct Mail Campaigns, Marketing Collateral & Website Content

- Contribute to P&L structure, allocation, tracking & reporting

- Provide ongoing leadership with respect to: Portfolio Strategy, Consumer Research, Brand Building & Media Management

- Lead cross-functional team efforts to create compelling Consumer Education Programs, Surveys, Focus Groups, Brand "Action" plans



REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have a Bachelors degree - MBA is a plus!

- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience specific to BRAND MANAGEMENT/MARKETING out of a CPG or Beauty entity

- A history of partnering closely with Sales to leverage all Brand assets and co-design aggressive/successful sales/promotional campaigns

- A potent combination of CREATIVE FLAIR & BUSINESS ACUMEN - the ability to communicate effectively the goals of the BRAND while insuring PROFITABILITY

- A PASSION FOR MARKETING - a keen understanding of TRENDS, COMPETITORS, NEW TECHNOLOGY & CONSUMER BEHAVIOR

- Very strong PROJECT MANAGEMENT/TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS - allowing you to maximize resources and potential

- A TALENT for "CONCEPTUAL THINKING" - understanding long term goals and putting UNIQUE/CREATIVE plans in place to generate more immmediate results
