Did anyone actually watch all of the MTV VMAs? That could have been the worst award show ever produced...but enough of that...
Seasons may change...but the quest to find a new career remains constant. The need for me to introduce exceptional candidates to my clients has not changed either.
The task of screening hundreds of average resumes/candidates to find the select few I choose to represent has become harder as well.
Now that Labor Day has passed; clients and candidates are now stepping up their searches once again. Generally, the market remains active until Thanksgiving...and then drops off dramatically between Thanksgiving & the New Year.
