International beauty leader is actively seeking a "rising star" to join their Fragrance team as an


ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER



RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Contribute to various aspects of the marketing process including: Strategy, Operations & Creative

- Provide ongoing analyses of brand positioning & competive information - trends - sales performance

- Contribute to the content of various marketing materials & website

- Assist in the development & implementation of strategic marketing plans & objectives

- Recommend new approaches, programs & initiatives relative to Brand Management

- Participate in Brand Review process

- Review monthly statements relating to P&L and profitability

- Act as a cross-functional team liaison (Finance, Packaging, Sales & Research)



REQUIREMENTS:


- Bachelors degree is mandatory - MBAs welcome

- Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of marketing experience in Beauty or CPG

(Fragrance experience is preferred!)

- Demonstrate a potent combination of business acumen, analytical skills & creative/strategic vision

- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation & project management skills

So...I guess we can all breathe a sigh of relief...according to the "experts"; we are coming out of the recession! Economists and leaders of industry are appearing on all types of news programs, websites and publications - declaring the end of this economic struggle.
