So...there are many reasons to feel HAPPY...or at least HAPPIER at this moment then perhaps a few months ago. Never in my life have I had so much empathy for all the wonderful candidates who were downsized, had some family emergency and had to leave their job or for the ones stuck in a position they were miserable in...and just had no options.
