(salary is negotiable & based on current compensation)


AD SALES COORDINATOR - (Outdoor Ad Agency) college degree & 1 year of experience as a Coordinator or Assistant in a Sales environment - support of ad sales is strongly preferred - will handle day to day client contact - contracts - proposals - presentations

(salary to 35K + up to 15K in bonus based on sales team production)


ACCOUNT MANAGER (Internet Marketing Company) - Bachelors degree & 1 year of current experience in a cutting edge Interactive Marketing environment - this is a CLIENT SERVICES role - exposure to Search Engine Marketing/Optimization, eMail campaigns, web design, media buying/planning are all desired

(salary is 40K + bonus)


HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER (B2B Publishing Company) - Bachelors and 5+ years of HR leadership experience - this is a true Generalist role with exposure to Recruitment, ER, Performance, etc. - many projects - great team

(salary to 90K)


ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES/SUPERVISORS - (Direct & Interactive Ad agencies) - there are multiple positions in-house for Account Management professionals with a minimum of one year of experience at an AE level & several Account Supervisor spots as well - covering FINANCIAL, TELECOM, HEALTHCARE & CPG clients

(salary is open & based on current compensation)


FACILITIES COORDINATOR - (Investment Firm) college degree and at least one year of experience in an administrative support role - will handle Front Desk responsibilities along with Facilities projects - ie moving office equipment, minor repairs, vendor relations, etc.

(salary to 35K + bonus)


MANAGER OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT (Cosmetics/Beauty) - bachelors a must - MBA preferred - 5 years of current progressive experience as a Marketer with a recognized "BEAUTY LEADER" - Product Development experience is strongly preferred - must have the combination of analytical skills/business acumen & innovative/creative talent

(salary up to 95K + bonus)


EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (LUXURY BRAND) - bachelors degree and a minimum of 3 years of current experience providing comprehensive administrative support to a senior executive - calendar, correspondence, travel, entertainment, presentations, reports, etc - polished presentation - superior interpersonal skills

(salary to 65K + bonus)


FINANCE MANAGER (Ad Agency) - bachelors & 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Client finance - MUST BE COMING OUT OF AN AD AGENCY - Senior Financial Analysts & Budget Managers are encouraged to apply - forecasting, analyses, reporting, GL, P&L, costing, etc

(salary to 90K + bonus)

DO YOU THINK THE RECESSION IS OVER?

So...I guess we can all breathe a sigh of relief...according to the "experts"; we are coming out of the recession! Economists and leaders of industry are appearing on all types of news programs, websites and publications - declaring the end of this economic struggle. Apparently, some of the banks the government gave billions to - are beginning to show signs of stabilizing. In addition, "PRODUCTION" numbers look to be on the rise. However...UNEMPLOYMENT remains HIGH...and NEW CLAIMS are continuing to increase. The nearly 14 month period of DOWNSIZING, LAY-OFFS, RESTRUCTURING has resulted in the WORST JOB MARKET IN NEARLY 30 years! Yes...it does appear that the FIRING has slowed considerably.
